Dreaming of warmer shores.....

It has been an exceptionally long, cold and snowy winter here in Boston this year. Snow first fell on Dec 13th and excusing one or two periods of little or no snow since then, snow has fallen consistently all Winter. We have had 55 inches of snow this year, way above average.

So, Lisa graduates college in May and we are going to a paradise island in the Caribbean called St. John of the US Virgin Islands to chillax and celebrate her achievment. I really cannot wait to go, lie on a beach, experience something new, scuba dive, sail, be lazy and, to do it with the person I care most about makes it even better. We will post pictures of our trip but in the mean time, here is a sample of the island. We are staying in an Eco Resort. The Maho Bay resort was built to respect the natural beauty of the island and the environment. It is sustainable, eco-responsible, environmentally green and eco-friendly tourism at its finest. We don't have electricity apart from 2 lamps in our EcoTent and we are SO looking forward to it. You can find a video synopsis of the island by clicking here.
